Sarah Benson, LCSW
Sarah Benson has been counseling families and individuals since 1995. She has specialized training in family therapy, which includes guiding parents who are struggling with their depressed, anxious or acting-out child/teen. She also individually counsels children between the ages of 5-8 who may be struggling with effects of divorce, grief/loss, or social adjustment difficulties in school. She uses a cognitive behavioral treatment approach.
