Mrigaya Sinha is a licensed psychologist and has been in clinical practice for over 15 years. She has worked extensively with adults facing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, chronic pain, interpersonal issues and adjustment problems. Mrigaya uses multiple therapeutic approaches including mindfulness based cognitive behavior therapy (MBCBT), solution focused therapy, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and trauma informed therapies. She incorporates body-centered techniques that look at the connection of mind and body and uses body-based work for holistic healing. Her approach to work is eclectic and person-centered, exploring clients’ strengths and giving them the needed skills to reach their goals.
