Detra Flowers has over 12 years of experience working in a variety of settings with adolescents, adults, families and couples with difficult challenges in life.  Some of these challenges include: work/school related stress; relationship problems; coping with crisis; self-esteem issues; emotional disorders; anxiety; depression; and PTSD/trauma.  She uses cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy.  “My work centers on providing a non-judgmental, supportive, compassionate and professional space for you to gain insight into your life.”
