Betsy Sinnett-Brush has been practicing psychotherapy since 1979 and joined Vista Behavioral Health Associates upon its creation in 1996.  She provides individual and couples therapy to older adolescents and adults through the lifespan.  While the majority of her experience lies with anxiety and mood disorders, she also specializes in couples therapy and other relationship issues, women’s issues, including post-partum depression, and bereavement issues.  Her therapeutic style has a cognitive behavioral, solution-oriented focus but she will use other approaches as needed.
