Gina Niewodowski is a licensed professional counselor, board certified art therapist and cognitive processing therapist specializing in the treatment of loss, depression, anxiety, change adjustment, divorce recovery, LGBTQ issues, trauma, children’s and teens’ adjustment and grief issues. She has over 30 years of experience as a therapist and uses various modalities to help people accomplish their goals, including insight-oriented psychotherapy, cognitive processing therapy, cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and art therapy. Gina has an eclectic and interactive therapeutic approach, providing support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges.
