Feel paralyzed from anxiety? Consumed by fear? Does trauma feel like it’s running your life? If you’ve answered yes to any of these questions, then you’ve come to the right place! Welcome to your first step on your Whole Health Journey! You are not alone in this fight against mental health, and Dylan would be privileged to support you throughout your journey. If these obstacles sound familiar, Dylan would like to commit to walking alongside you in your journey towards lasting healing through a holistic approach to counseling. Dylan’s approach to counseling is evaluating the 5 pillars: mental health symptoms, sleep hygiene, physical health symptoms, nutrition, and spirituality. Assessing and addressing each pillar will help you overcome life’s most difficult obstacles and Dylan would be honored to be your guide. His goal is to create a safe, relational space to share your inner thoughts and feelings without feeling judged, shamed, or condemned. Dylan is excited at the opportunity to help you grow and heal. By the conclusion, you will be equipped to fight back against symptoms and get back to being the best version of yourself. Carl Rogers said, “The good life is a process, not a state of being. It is a direction, not a destination.” Dylan looks forward to connecting with you and joining you on your journey to a “good life.” Please feel free to call or email him with any questions. Let’s get started today! Dylan’s greatest passion is spending time with his wife and their two beautiful children, Everett and Tessa. Another passion of his is spending time outdoors, hunting, hiking, traveling, and backcountry backpacking. One item on his bucket list is to travel to all 50 states!
